Jameel Alderbashi, General Manager of Palestinian Center for Communication and Development Studies, was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Network for Women's Health in Colombia through by-elections. These by-elections were participated by all the organizations in the network to select two members to the Board of Directors. Therefore, Mr. Jameel Alderbashi, General Manager of Palestinian Center, is the first Arab to reach this position. It is worth mentioning that the International Network offers programs, activities and projects focusing on motherhood, childhood and conflicts areas around the world. Also, this election comes as a result of the great and the outstanding efforts of Palestinian Center and the friendly internat Frthermore, Ms. Fida Abu Turky, Administrative and Financial Manager of Palestinian Center, points out that Alderbashi election has achieved an unprecedented success for Palestinian Center this year, adding that the Arab member in this board is required to serve the Palestinian institutions first, and then the Arab institutions in general.
