The Palestinian Center for Communication and Development Strategies in
Hebron announced that it has implemented the ninth stage of "Building
Small Projects Generating Income Project", which is funded by Arab Fund
for Economic and Social Development in Kuwait.
The project team has supplied a dozen women from
Samu' Village with sheep in order to establish the
first women collective farm. Ms. Feda Abu Turky, the Financial and
Administrative Manager of the Palestinian Center, pointed out that Samu'
Village is the ninth location which was benefited from the project by
establishing a micro-project that generates income. It is worth
mentioning that this feminist project helps disadvantaged families to
increase their income. She added that the Palestinian Center will
continue establishing micro-projects in several other locations in
Hebron.
