Develop the civil institutions, youth and women groups abilities in order to contribute the rebuilding of Palestinian society through many activities, projects and programs.
Goals -To enhance the abilities of youth and women in media, development and communication. -To enhance the concepts of democracy, human rights, nonviolence culture, forgiveness and pressure among youth and women. - To strengthen the abilities of rural organizations and encourage them on a good management.

establishment
When we decided to establish 5the Palestinian center for communication and development strategies , our main aim was upgrading of the Palestinian based civil institutions from relief institutions ( instill the culture of begging
in the citizen )to civil institutions cares with comprehensive
sustainability society development ( instill the culture of production
and self-reliance). To focus on the
marginalized Palestinian south and our administrative offices in Hebron
city and our branches are spread in our home which is the first model in
the Palestinian civil work basing on the democracy values, human rights,
nonviolence, tolerance, coexistence and peace. In our institution, we
consider that youth and woman have a main role in planning, management,
education and evaluation.
