The international network for cooperation, development and peace held its third meeting in 2009 through video conference between the members of the directors board and its administrative offices in Bangkok, under the chairmanship of Jamil Alderbashi , the General  Director of the Palestinian Center for Communication and Development Studies, who heads its board  directors for the year of 2009 as a representative of the Palestinian Center. This League meeting comes for discussion and approval its projects at the third session in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and South America. The focus in the meeting has been on the income-generating projects, especially those which targeting youth, women and people with special needs. The board of directors network has recommended with implementing projects in the Palestinian territories which is the first time in its history, where it approved to implement a large development project in 2010 for the benefit of the network of rural development committees institutions in Hebron governorate, which includes in its membership thirty-four small grassroots organization, and these institutions will be carried out small projects with women, youth and people with special needs.
